Host of Outside TV’s ‘The Road Less Eaten’

Biju is a life-long cyclist, chef and entrepreneur from Colorado who now lives in Bentonville AR. As a chef he is driven by the idea of demystifying “food for performance”. Whether you are an elite athlete, a fortune 500 CEO, a bus driver or teacher, you want to perform at your best every day, and that starts with what you consume. He is the host of food and adventure travel show The Road Less Eaten on Outside TV. This show takes him across the US in search of great people, stories and of course great food. Biju is also the co-author of the best selling The Feedzone Cookbooks, which since publication in 2010 have helped to transform the idea of “real food” for performance in sports globally. He has been Chef to numerous pro cycling teams and athletes of all sports, including as a chef to Team USA Cycling at Paris Olympics in 2024, 2024 World Championships, and numerous world cup events.He is a regular contributor to national TV and magazines on topics of food, travel and culture. Biju loves to work closely with top athletes and brands to develop great products and experiences for all outdoors enthusiasts— especially if there's dinner involved!
