Ryan Ross found his way to Boulder Outdoor Survival School (BOSS) through his own transformative student experience, which deepened his connection to nature and reshaped how he moves through the world. Believing that real growth happens when we step outside our comfort zones, he brings a playful, challenge-embracing spirit to his work. At BOSS, Ryan is passionate about helping students discover their strengths with nature as their greatest teacher.
