Will Dunn is REI Co‑op's Historian and stewards the Co‑op Living Archive. His work centers on the idea that history is not static — it’s something we actively engage with every day, shaping how we understand our values, our impact, and our responsibility to one another. By making REI’s story accessible to all Will invites each of us to see ourselves as contributors to writing the next chapter. He brings deep curiosity, steady optimism, and a strong belief in the power of shared memory. When he’s not working Will is usually outside moving slowly looking for birds.
