CJ Goulding is a weaver, facilitator, community builder, and storyteller. He shows up to make three things happen: growth in people, growth in connection between people, and growth of communities. He is committed to redistributing power and resources to achieve equity and justice. His work involves supporting leaders creating change in their communities, and telling new stories about our connection to community and the outdoors, like "Why I Wear Jordans in the Great Outdoors." CJ is a co-founder of Boyz N The Wood, which uses nature as the context where Black men build brotherhood and mental health and become beacons for healing in their communities.
