A co-founder of Outside Days, Jon grew up camping and fishing in the Midwest before moving his family, bikes, and backpacking gear to Boulder. A longtime editor and executive with leading adventure media brands, he now splits his time between writing, travel, and serving on the board of RE:PUBLIC, a nonprofit dedicated to nonpartisan reporting on America’s public lands.
