Having joined Salomon in October 2023, Steve leads the company’s Americas business from its regional headquarters in Ogden, Utah — driving strategy, operations and sales across all categories within the region and serving as a member of the Salomon Executive Board. Prior to joining Salomon, Steve was a pivotal member of the HOKA launch team, where he navigated the game-changing introduction of oversized running shoes, revolutionizing the running and footwear industry. His final responsibility at HOKA was serving as VP/GM of the US business. With an unwavering passion for outdoor adventure, Steve is dedicated to products that improve the experience of individuals, through fit and innovation. Whether on the road, in the boardroom, or at a specialty retailer, he channels his expertise. Beyond business, Steve lives the Salomon lifestyle in Utah's mountains — exploring on backcountry skis with his wife, riding chairlifts with friends, cruising on his mountain bike or hiking new trails—a testament to his love for the outdoor experience.
