Victoria Brumfield has been CEO of USA Triathlon since 2022 and is the organization’s first female CEO in its more than 40-year history. Under her leadership, USA Triathlon has strengthened its service-oriented approach to supporting race directors, clubs, coaches, officials, and age-group athletes, with an emphasis on building meaningful relationships, investing in community-based initiatives, and creating long-term value across the multisport ecosystem. Before joining USA Triathlon, Brumfield spent nearly 20 years in the endurance sports industry. An avid triathlete and competitive cyclist, Brumfield competed at the 2025 IRONMAN World Championships in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. She earned an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business and lives in Colorado Springs with her pets and an ever-growing collection of bikes.
